Save the Children Cambodia is seeking a dedicated Multisectoral Program Manager to lead and coordinate various programs in Ukraine. This critical role focuses on improving the lives of children, especially those marginalized and deprived, across multiple sectors in alignment with Save the Children’s global mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, implementation, and monitoring of multisectoral programs in Ukraine.
• Ensure all program activities are aligned with Save the Children’s strategic goals and humanitarian principles.
• Effectively manage program budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with local partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Identify emerging needs and opportunities to adapt programs for maximum impact and reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management within a humanitarian or development context.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of child protection, education, health, or nutrition sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-quality report-writing abilities.
• Fluency in both Ukrainian and English, written and spoken.
• Commitment to Save the Children’s values, mission, and safeguarding policies.
