Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive planning, implementation, and monitoring of multisectoral programs in Ukraine.
- Ensure all program activities are aligned with Save the Children’s strategic goals and humanitarian principles.
- Effectively manage program budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with local partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Identify emerging needs and opportunities to adapt programs for maximum impact and reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management within a humanitarian or development context.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of child protection, education, health, or nutrition sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-quality report-writing abilities.
- Fluency in both Ukrainian and English, written and spoken.
- Commitment to Save the Children’s values, mission, and safeguarding policies.
