Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hotel standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff regarding HVAC issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used for HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled HVAC Technician, preferably within a luxury hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and refrigeration.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
