Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of mushroom cultivation, from spawn to harvest.
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions (temperature, humidity, CO2 levels).
• Implement pest and disease control measures.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to farm standards.
• Maintain accurate records of growing cycles, yields, and operational costs.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment relevant to mushroom cultivation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mushroom cultivation.
• Knowledge of different mushroom species and their specific growing requirements.
• Understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in a controlled environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage farm operations effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Physical ability to perform the demands of farm work.
