Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with national accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in national account management or senior sales roles, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the Ugandan market and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
