Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve ambitious sales targets within grocery and wholesale channels.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and driving mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market penetration across the UK and European regions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities effectively to optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in national account management within the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key customers and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
