Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive national event strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of all national events.
- Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize event success.
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and conduct post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all events uphold AuSAE’s brand standards and contribute to its strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Events Manager, ideally with a focus on national-level events.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and execute complex projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Understanding of the non-profit sector and the specific needs of association executives.
- Proficiency in using event management software and CRM systems.
