Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections using robotic and AI-powered systems.
- Interpret and evaluate inspection data and results in accordance with relevant industry codes and standards.
- Develop, approve, and implement NDT procedures and techniques for various applications.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to NDT Level I and Level II personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines during all operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to optimize inspection strategies and technology.
Requirements
- Certified NDT Level III in multiple methods (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT, ET) from a recognized authority.
- Extensive proven experience in performing and overseeing NDT inspections, with a preference for experience with robotic inspection systems.
- Deep understanding of international industry codes, standards, and specifications.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
