Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 network support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for client infrastructures.
  • Manage dispatch of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for on-site support and installations.
  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and configurations accurately.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of network solutions and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in network support, specifically L1/L2 troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and common network tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment.
  • Readiness to manage dispatch processes and coordinate field services efficiently.
