Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability around the clock.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and fault isolation for network incidents.
- Respond to network alerts and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all network issues, resolutions, and operational procedures accurately.
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or other IT teams as needed.
- Maintain a clear understanding of network topology and infrastructure.
