Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of network infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all network services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network operations engineers.
• Implement and manage network monitoring, incident response, and problem resolution processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to align network operations with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for network operational efficiency and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network operations management, preferably in a large-scale environment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, automation, and diagnostic practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolution under pressure.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP) are preferred.
