Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the sustainable mobility sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective large international corporates, SMEs, and professionals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform effective sales strategies.
- Present Ayvens’ comprehensive full-service leasing, flexible subscription, and fleet management solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize complex contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in new business development or sales management, preferably within financial services, automotive, or sustainable mobility.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close significant business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Ability to work strategically, analyze market data, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude with a focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
