Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently during night shifts.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service areas and equipment.
  • Process guest orders and payments with precision and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operational needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to upholding luxury service standards.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage various guest requests.
  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Czech or other languages is an advantage.
