Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and infrastructure for performance, availability, and security incidents.
• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of network issues, escalating as necessary.
• Execute routine network maintenance tasks, configuration changes, and system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all network incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service continuity.
• Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of network security policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Network Operations Center (NOC) or a similar IT role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to critical alerts outside of standard hours.
