Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and systems for alerts and performance issues.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to relevant teams.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network stability and security.
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network operations or a similar IT support role.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
