Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations.
• Organize and deliver effective safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
• Investigate all incidents and accidents, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Occupational Health & Safety Officer, preferably in a corporate or IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of OHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Relevant professional certifications in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety management.
