Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage occupational health and wellbeing programs.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees on health-related matters.
- Oversee incident reporting and investigation pertaining to occupational health.
- Collaborate with HR and management to foster employee welfare initiatives.
- Promote a culture of health and wellbeing across all AECOM projects and offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in occupational health and wellbeing roles.
- Solid understanding of local health and safety legislation and best practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging health promotion and training activities.
- Professional certifications in occupational health or safety are highly desirable.
