Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address functional limitations and promote independence.
• Provide remote therapeutic interventions, including adaptive techniques, exercises, and assistive technology training.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving daily living skills and maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills for remote patient evaluation.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
