Winthrop Technologies is seeking an OFCI Project Manager to lead critical data centre projects in Espoo, Finland. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of Outside Facility/Client Installed (OFCI) components, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of OFCI (Outside Facility/Client Installed) project components within data centre construction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of OFCI components and their integration into complex facilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
