- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to influence product development.
- Ensure technical compliance and risk management in all offer submissions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in offer management or technical sales engineering, preferably in data center or power management solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage complex projects.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience.
