The ideal candidate will have strong Dubai experience and be familiar with the administrative, financial, and regulatory requirements of the UAE construction and design sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document control.
    • Support design, project, and site teams with administrative coordination.
    • Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and approvals.
    • Manage purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking.
    • Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and authorities.
    • Assist with HR administration, including visas, medicals, and staff records.

    Requirements

    • 3–7 years experience as an Office Manager or Administrator in Dubai.
    • Experience working in interior design, fit-out, construction, or architecture.
    • Strong understanding of UAE business operations, invoices, and supplier management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Professional, confident, and detail-oriented.
