    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
    • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems and databases.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other important documents.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (2 years+ preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
