Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to office staff and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other necessary ingredients.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and other barista tools.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
