Key Responsibilities
- Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels such as WeChat groups.
- Meet with families, follow up with leads, and manage the sales process.
- Manage marketing events, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand awareness.
- Establish and maintain corporate partnerships within the region.
- Undertake 15% local travel to support business development.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the education industry.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment. College counseling experience is a plus.
- Experience in sales or business development with an existing network in the area.
- A degree from a U.S. university is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese.
