Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to project management and engineering teams.
- Efficiently manage and organize all project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate effectively with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project schedules, progress reports, and impactful presentations.
- Ensure strict compliance with project standards, technical specifications, and quality assurance procedures.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication channels within the project team and with all external parties involved.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National, as this is a mandatory requirement for the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar project support role.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and meticulous time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite and project management tools.
