Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping in a remote setting.
- Support remote teams with logistical coordination and resource management.
- Maintain efficient communication channels within the company and with external partners.
- Assist in human resources and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring remote team members have necessary tools.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
