Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all general office administrative operations and procedures.
- Ensure efficient communication flow within the office and with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support human resources and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role, preferably 10+ years.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a technology or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
