Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

Requirements
