    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, internal planning, and meeting coordination.
    • Handle travel bookings, itineraries, visas, hotels, and logistics.
    • Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, and basic admin.
    • Prepare documents and follow up on action points.
    • Manage email organisation and communication on behalf of the founder when needed.
    • Support client onboarding, document collection, and coordination with partners.
    • Track deadlines, reminders, renewals, and company compliance items.
    • Coordinate with accounting for invoices and payments.
    • Assist with research tasks, briefings, and light project support.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

    Requirements
