Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
• Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications.
• Process customer requests, including account openings and online banking inquiries.
• Encourage customers to build balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
• Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs by referring eligible customers.
• Meet individual sales targets and participate in retail sales team meetings.

Requirements

• High School graduate.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with bank products and customer experience practices.
• Understanding of related policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
