Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various events, workshops, and conferences related to clean energy initiatives and the ZSP program.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and participant registration.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Develop and implement communication plans to promote events and engage target audiences.
• Evaluate event success through feedback collection and post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management, planning, and coordination, preferably within the energy or sustainability sector.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Understanding of the clean energy landscape and Masdar’s strategic objectives.
