Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain loss prevention programs and procedures.
• Monitor hotel premises for security risks, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
• Conduct thorough investigations into incidents such as theft, vandalism, or guest complaints.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Provide a visible security presence and respond promptly to all emergencies and critical situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loss prevention or security roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs demand.
