Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of shipping and dispatch operations for steel and building materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to local and international markets.
• Prepare and process comprehensive shipping documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, and manifests.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate effectively with production and sales teams.
• Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, dispatch, or a related logistics role.
• Solid understanding of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive and perform efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
