Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and applicant tracking system data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
