Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor offshore site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Anotech and contractors, facilitating clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure strict adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve work permits, method statements, and critical project documentation on behalf of the company.
- Report comprehensively on project progress, performance, and any deviations or incidents to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental protection protocols on the offshore site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Representative or similar role in offshore oil & gas, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and stringent offshore safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and make critical, informed decisions in challenging and dynamic offshore environments.
- Relevant engineering degree or comprehensive technical qualifications in a related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding the highest quality and safety standards throughout project execution.
