Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing activities to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality and delivery.
• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize stock.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and supplier negotiation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operational Buyer or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
