Key Responsibilities
- Promptly approach insurance companies to obtain medical insurance quotes.
- Analyze, compare, and prepare accurate quotations in line with client requirements.
- Assist Sales Advisors by preparing and delivering quotations within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and insurer communications.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with insurer representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably medical insurance in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products, providers, and market practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
