Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Manage financial transactions related to international trade, such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and various shipping partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export activities, shipments, and financial data.
- Assist in optimizing operational efficiency and contributing to the achievement of financial targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations and finance role, with a strong focus on import/export processes.
- Solid understanding of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and relevant documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
