Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, drafting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation for various initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and contract management, ideally within a startup or IT services environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
- Familiarity with contract management software and operational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
