Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage operational performance and financial controls across the EMEA region.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic analysis to leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial and operational reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Controller or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within an international setting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and operational best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a significant advantage.
