Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the operational efficiency of renal care clinics in the region.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care in accordance with Diaverum standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Manage budgets, resources, and strategic planning for regional operations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and senior management to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the healthcare sector, preferably in renal care.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
