Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the operational efficiency of renal care clinics in the region.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care in accordance with Diaverum standards and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Manage budgets, resources, and strategic planning for regional operations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and senior management to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the healthcare sector, preferably in renal care.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
