Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of crude oil tanker voyages under time charter.
• Track vessel movements and manage daily performance issues.
• Manage cargo reconciliation and discharge/load accuracy.
• Maintain logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Serve as liaison with agents, terminals, and internal ops team.
• Flag operational risks, weather issues, or delays as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in shipping operations (tanker focus).
• Prior seafaring experience is required.
• Experience handling crude oil or dirty cargo.
• Familiarity with ports in Iraq is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Veson IMOS is a plus.
• Must be available for full-time on-site work in Dubai.
