    Vantage is seeking an Operations Executive to provide efficient support to internal teams, partners, and clients in the CFD industry. You will assist in resolving inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between the partnership team and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for partners and internal teams regarding CFD-related queries.
    • Respond to emails, calls, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
    • Assist in onboarding new partners and clients, including documentation and account setup.
    • Maintain accurate records of partner/client interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Compliance) to resolve technical or operational issues.
    • Support the team with reporting, tracking performance, and follow-ups.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field.
    • Previous experience in help desk, client support, or partnership support roles, preferably in the trading/CFD industry.
    • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
    • Basic knowledge of CFDs, trading platforms, and financial markets.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
