Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments.
- Perform KYC/AML checks and support account verification and activation.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs.
- Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client information.
- Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services.
- Knowledge of CRM/back-office platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-department teams and external partners.
