Key Responsibilities

• HR & Team Management: Oversee visas, contracts, holidays, attendance, and staff performance for chefs and sales teams.
• Kitchen & Facility Operations: Handle maintenance, repairs, supplier coordination, and ensure the kitchen is always ready for classes.
• Finance & Reporting: Reconcile monthly bookings, match revenues to accounting records, and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Leadership & Customer Care: Manage the Sales & Events Coordinator, coordinate with chefs, and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with mall management for renewals, permits, and compliance.
• Generate new ideas to grow the business, develop engaging content, seasonal campaigns, and fresh experiences for clients.
