Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations across all Flat White Specialty Coffee branches to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures for efficiency and consistent service quality.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics effectively to ensure product availability and cost control.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product consistency.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development and motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and operational reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
