Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for cross-border e-commerce.
  • Manage the efficient handling and timely delivery of millions of international packages across Latin America.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to continuously reduce average delivery times and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the provision of excellent 24/7 customer service support for all logistics processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with international e-commerce companies and retailers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in logistics or supply chain, preferably in an international e-commerce context (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of Latin American distribution networks and cross-border delivery challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, distribution, and project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive operational decisions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with regional and international partners.
