    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts.
    • Lead training and meeting sessions for processing staff.
    • Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees.
    • Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close.
    • Review daily inventories and make orders to replenish inventories.
    • Review financials and support P&L understanding.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
    • Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
