Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key contributor in launching and scaling Revolut UAE.
- Ensuring that compliance and customer centricity is always at the forefront of the strategy.
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut’s hyper-growth.
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end to end.
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems.
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
Requirements
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services, management consulting, big tech, and/or tech startup.
- Passion for working with data.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects.
