Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all garments are handled with premium care throughout the process.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle or bicycle license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in operations management or logistics.
• Familiarity with the Dhaka area for efficient route planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to handle delivery tasks and various weather conditions.
