Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, distribution, and supply chain optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping and warehousing regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, specifically in warehouse and logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated track record of driving performance.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational technology distribution environment.
